I am Emmy, founder of Emma Home Styling.
Together with my family, I have traveled, lived and worked in different locations around the world. After Hanover, London, Vienna and Singapore, we finally landed in The Hague in 2015.
In every new country I faced the challenge of creating yet another warm and welcoming family home. Preferably, by combining our “old” furniture with new items and accessories from the new country. The different cultures, I experienced, are an important source of inspiration for me and have influenced my style, choice of materials and use of colours.
For any new assignment, it is important for me to get a good picture of how a room is going to be used. This way, I can achieve an optimal combination of a warm, yet practical living space, while using quality materials.
In 2017, I successfully concluded the course Interior Styling at the “Interieuracademie”. To keep up with the latest interior trends, I regularly visit international interior and furniture fairs, like Maison et Objet (Paris and Singapore), ?Deco-off (Paris), VT-Wonen (Amsterdam) and R?sidence (Laren, NL).
